The respirator was not a waste either, I guess. I borrowed a sander from V and sanded the spackling this afternoon, and I would've died from the dust if it weren't for that respirator. The dust was so fine you couldn't even vacuum it because it just goes through the filter and then back out again. But zOMG, sanding was so much fun. So
anyway, after that I was finally ready to prime the walls. It took
3 hours to finish the whole room. The primer's gray (or gun-metal gray
as I like to call it because it sounds cooler) and it actually looks pretty
damn cool on the walls. I'm a little tempted to just go with this color.
But no. I have to be strong and trust my original vision and follow it
through. Because it'll look even better. It will.
